Karen Clark-Sheard -“Balm In Gilead!” Meaning
I have been in a situation where people believed there is no way out. I looked up and down seeking for help and assistance, but none came from people a believed would have helped me.
One day, this word of God hit me strongly; “Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no solution to my problem or is there no prophet God that will help me navigate my way through?
Honestly, there is balm in Gilead, and I have to be free from every shackles of the devil and his cohorts. However, in the year 1997, this song was released from the studio album titled “Finally Karen.”
Full name, Karen Valencia Clark Sheard is an American talented and iconic gospel singer and songwriter. Clark-Sheard is the youngest member of gospel group the Clark Sisters, which was formed in the year 1973.
